DZ-1000 dry two-in-one production line adopts the resource recovery equipment of harmless treatment by physical method. The waste motor stator and wire package of manual pre-sorted materials are transported to the primary crushing by the conveyor, and then the silicon steel sheet and copper mixture are sorted out by the strong magnetic roller separator.For dust caused by crushing and sorting, the whole system adopts negative pressure adsorption and equipped with pulse dust removal device, which can effectively control the influence of dust overflow on the environment.In full compliance with the national environmental protection requirements of the "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" GB16297-1996, to avoid secondary environmental pollution.
