1、Use

The equipment adopts dry crusher and strong magnetic roller separator to crush and sort the rotor.The
rotor, which is difficult to be disassembled manually, is processed by professional equipment to obtain
renewable resources.The whole process is under negative pressure.

2、Process introduction

The device will first rotor (forbidden large gear, such as large hard iron into the crushing chamber)
through the conveyor to transfer the material to the crusher in crushing, after crushing of the hybrid
materials by conveyor to strong magnetic roller separator separating non-ferrous metals (mixed
materials) and silicon steel sheet (plate), in the process of grinding and separation configuration with a
pulse dust removal system, effectively solve the emission of dust, comprehensive pollutant discharge
standard "GB16297-1996"
